    Vin Doux Naturel Ambré 2014 (75 cl) €32.00 per unit | €30.50 by 3

Our Natural Sweet Wine is the pride of the estate. Unfortunately it's production has declined in recent years. The Rasteau Vin Doux Naturel is at the origin of the appellation, this tradition and this process must be preserved. It is made of 100% grenache grapes, direct-pressed. The fresh juice will start to ferment with its indigenous yeasts followed by alcoholic fermentation with the temperature controlled. Fortified wine's winemaking involves adding 95° neutral alcohol to stop fermentation to preserve the grapes’ natural sweetness. Aging in barrel for at least 3 years. Ideal as an aperitif, it will also pair well with white fruits tart. Will aged indefinitely in bottle.

    Varieties: 100% black grenache
    Alc. : 17% vol.
    Serving temperature: 8°C/46°F
